Name
The name Cappella refers to Italian Renaissance Frescos and Chapels, and was chosen to emphasise the idea of rebirth. Just as the period of Renaissance is linked to the idea of the rebirth of culture, Cappella's house music is linked to the idea of the rebirth of Eurodance music.

Gianfranco Bortolotti
Cappella was created already 1975 as "The Cappella Project" and at this time exclusively consisted of Songwritern, which Songs for other Acts wrote. Cappella was the idea of Gianfranco Bortolotti, which 1987 summoned the Media team together and which Track created "Bauhaus/Push The Beat". For this time, until today, Gianfranco Cappella produces.

Lolleatta Holloway
The Vocals of "Take Me Away" comes from Lolleatta Holloway which by one its own Songs was taken (Love Sensation). For legal reasons had Media record the additive “feat. Loleatta Holloway” on the CD/Vinyl-Cover print. Therefore it was thus never real part from Cappella, their voice was only one under many, which were used as Soundsamples. From "Love Sensation" it also release a 2006 Remix! Where one can hear also very well the Soundsamples of “Take Me Away”.

Tell Me The Way
For the Song “Tell Me The Way” in-sang Patric Osborne, which was short time member with the Boyband “Worlds Apart”, some to Rappart. To be heard this however on the published versions again removed, only on a version of the "Techno Kingdom Mix" are still fractions Raps. Afterwards it published a solo single by Gianfranco Bortolotti was produced is.

People of Love
Allegedly, a cappella song with the name "People of Love". The Internet could also be a cover (see right). However comes from the song "Amen! UK". Behind group stuck Panos Liassi as a singer and Paul Masterson and Gary Sharkey. The group has nothing in common with Cappella, but this song sounds like the typical cappella-sound.

Anticappella
Is a Danceproject of Gianfranco Bortolotti. Unfortunately there are not many information about the group. 1994, the single "Move Your Body", was published and became very popular in div. European countries. One that it the same singer is assumed as with the Cappella Song "Move On Baby". Rapper was MC Fixx It. Those are surprisingly Raps of MC Fixx It, nearly the same as with Cappella. Meanwhile one that the Raps with Cappella also of him is white. Apart from this single between 1991 and 1998 still "Deep", "2√ 231", "Everyday", "Movin' To The Beat" , "I Wanna Love You", "Express Your Freedom" and "Get Faster" was published.
